Pacta Payments provides payment processing and related merchant services, including software, tools, and support to help businesses accept payments and manage customer communications. Payment processing is provided in partnership with third-party processors and acquiring banks. Pacta Payments is not a bank.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Pacta Payments related to your inquiry, account, and support. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information or mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws and card network rules, and not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

6. Fees

Fees are as agreed in your merchant or service agreement. Applicable rates, surcharges, and fees will be disclosed to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers. Pacta Payments is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are owned by Pacta Payments or its licensors.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacta Payments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacta Payments from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
